A little history...

Not too long ago, a certain group of people were organising events for their organisations and institutions. At that time, budgets were tight and the affordability of most event related services was simply overwhelming. The resulting frustration led them to resign to the fate of having to deal with the event all on their own.

Appalled at this horrible lack of options, they decided that it was time for a change and thus, this group of people got together and Island West Media was born.


Our Mission & Philosophy...

Our mission is simple. Provide the services you require according to your needs. What exactly does this mean? Simply put, it means that every event is different and so are it's requirements. Therefore, our packages are all tailor-made just for you!

Be it a simple party, wedding or an all out performance event, we will bring your event to life according to your budget and requirements. And because we know what it's like to work on a budget, you can be assured that we will be working our very best to meet your every need!

And since we are running the show, you can sit back, relax and spend your valuable time on more important things like mingling with your guests!

Our philosophy? We prefer to keep things informal and thus adopt a work hard, play hard concept. Simply put, we want you to enjoy working with us. After all, who wants to be working with stiff and rigid robots?


How We Work...

First of all, we get to know you better. How else could we possibly know your needs so well? Our friendly Event Executives will be meeting with you for a no-obligation preliminary session where we will gather the necessary information required to plan your event. You can even choose your level of involvement in decision-making if you want!

Next comes the part where we work out the finances and source for the things required for your event. Cost estimates and quotations will be provided for you and from there you can select the things you want and those you don't. Once you've decided on the details and are comfortable with the package, we will get to work on your event.

And then it's showtime! With us taking care of the running of your event, you are free to enjoy your event without having to worry if everything's running as planned. And we know you will definitely appreciate this as you can now spend your time on things you actually should like mingling with your guests, networking or actually closing that ever-important business deal.
